On Thursday, August 30, 2012, the National Corvette Museum held a ribbon cutting for our newest exhibit space - a Corvette KidZone.
The KidZone is approximately 1,000 square feet and includes many hands-on activities for kids, including Pat’s Super Service Center where they can change the tires on a mini car, fill up the washer fluid and antifreeze, change the license plates, and lay on a creeper to check under the car. Other hands-on activities include a Just-In-Time assembly line, 50s diner, Corvette drive-in movie, tourist rest area and much more.
The new KidZone is located within the Nostalgia area of the Museum, just behind the Mobil Gas Station at the end of Route 66. It is open during regular museum hours and is included with admissions.
