The Barrett-Jackson Auction Company announced today that the first ever Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach Road Rally has been moved to Saturday, March 27, 2010.

The event was originally scheduled for Friday, March 26. The rally will travel from the Palm Beach County Convention Center to the Gucci Courtyard on Worth Avenue, with local car clubs as participants. The event will mark the beginning of the 8th Annual Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction in Palm Beach, which will take place April 1-3 at the Americraft Expo Center at the South Florida Fairgrounds.

At 2 p.m., Road Rally participants will gather at the convention center parking lot on Okeechobee Boulevard, where Barrett-Jackson will host give giveaways and sell discounted auction tickets. At 3 p.m., the Road Rally will travel from the convention center to the Gucci Courtyard on Worth Avenue. Immediately following, Barrett-Jackson and the Palm Beach CVB will host a champagne toastin the Gucci Courtyard.

The Barrett-Jackson kick off weekend continues later that evening with Barrett-Jackson Night at CityPlace from 4-8 p.m. On Sunday, March 28, Wayne Akers Ford in Lake Worth will host the 3rd annual Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach Cruise-In from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
