Mecum Auction announces total gross sales, including buyer's premium, for the Bloomington Gold Corvette Auction, June 26-27, 2009, in St. Charles, Ill., were $5.9 million.
More than 300 Corvettes crossed the auction block during the Mecum auction, which had a 43% sold rate.
The Bloomington Gold Top 10 Sales (all sales reflect hammer prices) were:

2. 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (Lot S109) at $196,000

4. 1960 Chevrolet Corvette (Lot S125) at $147,500
5. 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe (Lot S63) at $145,000
6. 1957 Chevrolet Corvette 283 (Lot S99) at $122,000
7. 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (Lot S61) at $118,000
8. 1991 Chevrolet Corvette Callaway Speedster (Lot F57) at $115,000
9. 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (Lot S104) at $105,000
10. 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Styling Car (Lot S108.1) at $100,000
