Sunpro, "The Performance Legend," will hit the road as part of the 15th anniversary 2009 HOT ROD Magazine Power Tour presented by GM Performance Division when it kicks off June 6.
The company will cruise the 2009 HOT ROD Power Tour to seven stops in seven days with the Sunpro booth in tow.
"Sunpro has had a long relationship with the readers of HOT ROD magazine, as the original Sun Super Tach was a famous fixture of the '60s hot-rod era," said Joe Young, Sunpro product manager. "By being out on the road with our customers, we can learn more about their product needs while celebrating our motorsports heritage."
Throughout the trip, HOT ROD Power Tour participants will be able to view Sunpro's line of performance tachometers and gauges, including the Sport ST and Super III brands as well as the popular Style Line, Custom Line, and 2-inch Retro Line product lines.
The HOT ROD Power Tour will begin in Madison, Wis., at the Alliant Energy Center (June 6). Participants will proceed to Racine, Wis. (June 7), South Bend, Ind. (June 8), Mt. Clemens, Mich. (June 9), Dayton, Ohio (June 10), and Somerset, Ky. (June 11) before concluding at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee June 12 and 13.
Sunpro is a perfect fit for the all makes and all models, as the modern gauges follow early design cues, resulting in gauges that look great in both collector cars and daily drivers.
For more than 60 years, Sunpro has meant performance with such classic products as the Sun Super Tach II, inspired by the company's rich motorsports heritage. Sunpro is dedicated to delivering the products and value consumers want most. Visit www.sunpro.com online.
