The new Corvette ZR1 may be the fastest Corvette ever made, but don't expect any to appear in any Hollywood movies or TV shows, at least not in the foreseeable future.

According to Terry Rhadigan of Chevrolet Communications, "The ZR1 is produced in a limited number, and I'm unaware of any that will appear in any upcoming movies or TV shows."

That's a shame. GM has cut back on much of its TV advertising, and ZR1 placement in Hollywood productions could be advantageous to Chevrolet's bottom line.
